About Jacinta Noonan
Jacinta Noonan is a trainer, coach, speaker and specialist in learning & development, communication and neurodiversity.
As an Australian professional in the Netherlands, Jacinta has been working with people and organisations who want to strengthen their skills and improve their performance for more than 25 years. Her approach combines psychology, coaching and training with a practical, personal style. She designs learning journeys that not only inspire but also deliver measurable results.
Jacinta's work focuses on professionals, teams and individuals who want to function better in a demanding work environment. She helps people gain clarity about their role, their working style and their next step. This is not only about skills, but also about self-confidence, communication, resilience and the ability to deal effectively with different personalities in the workplace.
An important part of her expertise lies in neurodiversity and ADHD. Jacinta specialises in coaching for adults with ADHD and works with people in transition: people who are looking for change but don't yet know exactly which direction suits them. She helps them rediscover their strengths, drivers and possibilities, and translate them into a realistic and fitting path forward.
As a speaker and trainer, Jacinta makes complex human themes practical and relatable. She speaks and works on neurodiversity, communication, interpersonal dynamics, stress resilience, and burnout prevention & recovery. In doing so, she bridges the gap between technical professionals, neurodivergent people and the wider business environment, so that collaboration becomes smoother, more human and more effective.
In addition, Jacinta delivers training in business skills, presentation skills and business English. As a native English speaker with years of experience in the Netherlands, she understands the specific challenges of Dutch professionals who want to communicate internationally. Her training helps participants communicate more clearly, confidently and persuasively in a business context.
For Jacinta, learning is not a standard programme and coaching is not a trick. Her work begins with the person in front of her: their context, talents, obstacles and goals. From empathy, sharpness and practical knowledge, she helps people develop the skills they need to collaborate better, communicate more powerfully and move through work and change with more confidence.
